The short version

When you buy a shirt from zeroshotapparel.com, you're agreeing to these terms. We print your shirt one at a time through our fulfillment partner, charge you when you order, and ship within 5–7 business days. If something goes wrong with what we shipped (defect, wrong item, damage), we'll fix it. The designs are ours; the shirt is yours. Texas law governs.

1. Agreement

By placing an order on zeroshotapparel.com, by creating an account, or by using the site to browse, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please don't use the site. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and ZeroShot Apparel Company, a Texas-based general partnership.

Our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns Policy are part of these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. The site and our products are currently available only to customers shipping within the United States (50 states + DC).

3. The products

ZeroShot sells graphic t-shirts. Every shirt is printed on demand — we don't hold inventory. When you order, our fulfillment partner Printful prints your specific shirt and ships it directly to you. This is why our shirts take 5–7 business days to arrive, and why traditional "return to inventory" doesn't apply to our products.

Each shirt is described on its product page. Slight differences between what you see on screen and what arrives (color tone, print position within a small tolerance) are inherent to direct-to-garment printing and are not defects.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in United States dollars (USD).
  • The retail price for every Drop 01 shirt is $38.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Shipping is $5 flat within the US, free on orders over $75.
  • We charge your payment method at the time you place the order.
  • We accept the payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfillment.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we send you an order confirmation email and submit the order to our fulfillment partner.

We may decline or cancel any order for suspected fraud, invalid addresses, pricing errors, or volume that suggests resale (see Section 8).

Can you cancel? Because we send orders to production almost immediately, we generally can't cancel after the order is placed. Email support@zeroshotapparel.com within the first hour with your order number and we'll try.

6. Shipping

Drop 01 ships within the United States only. Standard shipping is $5 flat per order; free on orders over $75. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from order placement. Full shipping details are in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Because every shirt is made to order, we do not accept traditional returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

We will make it right if: the shirt arrives defective, damaged in transit, we shipped the wrong item or wrong size, or your package is lost in transit.

8. Intellectual property

Our IP. The ZeroShot name, the ZeroShot logo, the prompt-box visual format, the Hero / Prompt / Model lockup, the catalog of Model names ("Hubris," "Trust," "Literal," etc.), the text of each prompt, and every shirt design are the intellectual property of ZeroShot Apparel Company and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law.

What you can do. When you buy a shirt, you own that physical shirt. You can wear it, photograph yourself in it, post pictures on social media, tag us, give it as a gift, and resell the individual used garment as a personal item.

What you can't do. You may not reproduce or replicate the design for commercial purposes; sell or distribute our designs in any other medium (prints, stickers, mugs, NFTs, other apparel); use the ZeroShot brand to suggest endorsement we haven't authorized; buy in volumes that suggest resale; or use any part of the site to train a machine learning model or other AI system without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

When you use zeroshotapparel.com, you agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or test the site's vulnerability; use bots to place orders; interfere with the site's operation; or impersonate another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZEROSHOT APPAREL COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroShot Apparel Company from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or your misuse of the site or the products.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in [CRITT-CONFIRM: governing-county. Default proposal: Travis County, Texas (Austin). Alternatives: the county where Critt resides, or Dallas County. Pick the one most operationally convenient.]

Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@zeroshotapparel.com with a description of the dispute. We will work in good faith for 30 days to resolve it informally.

[CRITT-CONFIRM: arbitration clause. Default in this draft: no mandatory arbitration, no class-action waiver — small operation, low volume, low likelihood of class exposure, and arbitration clauses can backfire (mass-arb fee exposure). If we ever scale past $1M revenue or expand internationally, add an AAA arbitration clause and class-action waiver here. Confirm: leave this out, or add arbitration?]

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, supply chain disruption, carrier failures, internet outages, governmental action, or the suspension of services by Shopify or Printful.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the site after a change goes into effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Shipping & Returns Policy, are the entire agreement.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that's not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a corporate reorganization or sale of the business.
