SHIPPING & RETURNS

The short version, then the policy.

Shipping

Drop 01 ships to US addresses only. Shipping is $5 flat. Orders over $75 ship free.

Every shirt is made one at a time after you order it, so there's a production step before anything moves. Expect five to seven business days from order to door. You'll get a tracking number by email when the shirt actually ships, not when you place the order — we'd rather send one real update than three optimistic ones.

If a shipment is moving slower than that window, email hello@ and we'll check on it. The system is small enough that a human (or close to it) will actually look.

Returns

Every ZeroShot shirt is made to order. There's no warehouse to send it back to and no restock shelf to put it on, so we handle returns case-by-case instead of running a one-size-fits-all policy.

If something is wrong with the print, the fabric, or the size we sent, email hello@ and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call. If you ordered the wrong size and the shirt is unworn, email us anyway. We won't always be able to resell it, but we'd rather work something out than hide behind a no-returns rule. We're a small operation. Talk to us like one.

1. Where we ship

Drop 01 ships only within the United States — the 50 states plus Washington, DC.

We do not currently ship to:

  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
  • PO boxes are generally accepted for USPS but may be rejected for orders Printful routes via UPS or FedEx — we'll contact you if there's an issue
  • Anywhere outside the United States

We hope to add international shipping in future drops. If you're outside the US and want to be notified, watch our site for updates.

2. Shipping cost

  • Orders under $75: $5 flat
  • Orders $75 and over: Free

Subtotal is calculated before tax, after any discount codes. Sales tax is calculated and applied separately at checkout based on your shipping address.

3. How long it takes

Our shirts are print-on-demand, meaning your specific shirt is printed for you after you order. We don't hold inventory.

Total time from order placed to delivery: 5 to 7 business days in most cases.

Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday begin production the following Monday.

During peak periods (holidays, drops, sales) or during force majeure events, production and transit may take longer. We will note any active delays on the storefront and in your order-confirmation emails.

4. Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment partner's facility, not when the order is placed. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@zeroshotapparel.com with your order number.

5. Damaged or defective items

If your shirt arrives with a printing defect, a garment defect, or shipping damage, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement: email support@zeroshotapparel.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage. We respond within 2 business days. If verified, we ship a replacement at no charge. You do not need to return the defective item.

6. Wrong item or wrong size shipped

If we shipped you a different SKU than you ordered, email support@zeroshotapparel.com within 14 days with your order number and photos showing what you received (including the size tag), and we will ship the correct item at no charge. No return required.

7. Wrong size ordered (sizing mistakes by the customer)

Because every shirt is made to order, we don't take returns for sizing mistakes the same way an inventory-based store would. We provide a size chart on every product page — please measure before ordering.

If your shirt arrives and doesn't fit, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the size you received, and the size you wish you had. Common outcomes:

  • Discounted replacement in the right size (typically at our cost, roughly $15–$20)
  • Store credit for the value of the original order
  • In rare cases, a partial cash refund if we're unable to fulfill a replacement

We do not offer cash refunds for sizing changes as a default. The shirt was made for you; we paid to produce it; we'd lose money on every order if we did. A genuine, polite request will almost always get a generous answer.

8. Change of mind

Same framework as Section 7. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note. The earlier you reach out — ideally within 1 hour of placing the order, before we send it to production — the more likely we can cancel cleanly with a full refund.

9. Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, marked "delivered" but never arrived, or has been stuck in carrier purgatory for more than 10 business days past the expected delivery date, email support@zeroshotapparel.com with your order number and the tracking link. In most cases, we will ship a replacement at no cost while the investigation continues.

Stolen-from-porch packages are a gray area. If tracking shows "delivered" and the package isn't there, we want to help, but we may ask you to first file a complaint with the carrier and, in rare cases, check with neighbors.

10. Returned to sender (RTS)

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will email you to confirm or correct the shipping address. If you provide a corrected address, we will reship the package at our cost for the first reship. A second reship after a second failed delivery will require you to cover reship costs. If we don't hear back within 14 days, we will issue a refund for the product cost (not original shipping).

11. Refunds (when offered)

Refunds are processed via Shopify back to your original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days of processing. We refund in the original payment currency (USD). Sales tax collected on the refunded amount is also refunded. Original shipping is generally non-refundable unless we're at fault.

12. International shipping

Drop 01 does not ship internationally. We are evaluating international shipping for future drops, factoring in customs and duty handling, per-region pricing, region-specific return rights, and local data protection law.
